Hello beautiful soul! My name is Chelsea Fournier, and I go by Your Routine Queen.

I say that I am a “business coach mullet”. Former lawyer, systems brain, and business plan flowing joyfully and easily in the front. And crystal waving, sage burning, meditating intuitive in the back.

I have been a business coach for 9 years, but truly only embraced in my marketing and forward facing work after some deep soul searching in late 2021. From some deep inner work came my truth that my mission is to support lightworkers, healers, sensitive souls & visionaries to grow an online business For Purpose & Profit.

What does that mean? It means I believe you deserve to make a beautifully abundant profit, bringing your gifts, knowledge, expertise & experience to the world, without feeling like you need to be someone you aren’t (authenticity is everything), or being glued to your screen.

I used to take for granted so many of the things that come naturally to me (creating systems, developing routines, packaging and pricing of services, mapping out business plans) until I saw how much those gifts truly help to open my clients up to see what is possible for them.

PLUS my own personal journey of truly deepening my intuition and tapping into my own personal energy and gifts helps me to support my clients and students in a way most business coaches can't.

I believe that you can create beautiful energetic exchanges and sell Aligned Offerings to your Soul Clients, in ways that will allow you to lead an abundant life both in spirit, purpose, and also financial wealth.

I believe that when good people have more wealth, they do more good things. And it often starts at home. I take a stand that you can Fund Your Family Values with your work, because I know so many lightworkers doing amazing work to support so many people, but who are struggling to purchase a home, pay for health insurance, afford the organic foods and supplements they desire, or fund their child’s education in the way they see fit. And that’s got to stop.
