We will use the Personal Data you give us in order to process your payment for the purchase of goods or services under a contract. We have a no spam policy and provide you with the ability to opt-out of our communications by selecting the unsubscribe link at the footer of all e-mails. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that we are compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 by never sending out misleading information. We will not sell, rent or share your email address.

To access or use the Website and related Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the requisite power and authority to understand and consent to the practices described in this Policy. Our Website and its content is directed to individuals who are at least 18 years old or older.

We gather information through the Website when you register for resources on our Website, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, request a free or paid piece of content from the Website, or fill out a form. In doing so, we receive and store any Personal Data you have shared. Some of the steps taken from our Website will integrate with a third party program. For example when you click to download a free resource, we need to sync that information with our email provider, so that it can know to deliver the resource to you. We choose reputable third party software options with your security in mind, but of course we cannot guarantee the integrity of each and every integration we need to help deliver on the next step we provide based on your request (the “Services”).

For example, as of the date of this Privacy Policy we have integrations with Active Campaign, Click Funnels, Interact Quiz, Drip, Calendly, Facebook Pixels, Google Analytics, Zapier, Zoom, and payment processor services such as Stripe, PayPal or Quickbooks Online (the “Integrated Software Platforms”). Your information may be integrated into these programs (or future ones not listed that we deem necessary and appropriate for delivering the Services) in order to offer you the best user experience with the Website and access to the Services.

The Integrated Software Platforms will handle Personal Data pursuant to their own privacy and security policies, so we encourage you to read those services’ policies if you are concerned. By using our Website and Services, you consent to our providing Personal Data with Third-Party Services to be used in accordance with their own privacy and security policies as they exist today and as they may change in the future.

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect or generate information including but not limited to the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of your computer; web pages that you access within the Website; geographic information; a unique user ID; the type of browser you are using; search information; and usage and browsing information. We may interact with or obtain information about you from third parties, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) as you may be directed to the Website from an outside platform and we will have access to some user-specific data about how you interacted on that platform or were directed to the Website.

The short answer is no. We will not be selling, sharing, or transferring your Personal Data to any third parties. However, we may need to share your Personal Data as noted below to run the Website or render Services you have requested.

In some cases, we may need to bring third party contractors or consultants in to perform tasks that involve exposure to or review of Personal Data. Examples would include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, search results, or links, processing credit card information, and/or providing customer service. In doing so, we might share your information with third-party business partners for the purpose of providing our products and/or services to you.

Such third-parties will be given limited access to your information, only as is reasonably necessary to deliver the product or service, and will never receive your information for any other purpose. Furthermore, we will always require any such third-party to adhere to this Privacy Policy, or operate under a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement, depending on the relationship and exposure to Personal Data.

An example would be if we hired a marketing agency to help us optimize an email sequence to deliver the highest quality resources to you. They would see email address, aggregate open rates, and any information shared in a subscriber profile, as it is collected and stored in our email service provider. But they would not be allowed to download, interact with, or manipulate any entered information.

No Rights of Third Parties
This Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties, nor does it require disclosure of any information relating to users of the Service.

Limitation of Warranties
We make no representations, warranties or promises about the security of Personal Data except as stated expressly in this Policy.

Online Privacy Policy Only
This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our Website and does not apply to information collected offline.

Notices & Revisions
As our business develops, our Privacy Policy is likely to change as well. As such, we may e-mail periodic reminders of our updated notices and conditions; however, it is your responsibility to check our Website to see if there have been any changes to our Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise stated, our current Privacy Privacy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page.

We are the data controllers as we are collecting and using your Personal Data. We use trusted third parties as our data processors for technical and organizational purposes, including for payments and email marketing. We use reasonable efforts to make sure our data processors are GDPR- compliant.
