My 4 Step Planning Method
If you struggle with making To Do Lists, taking powerful action on a daily basis, or prioritizing what you should be focusing on in pockets of time in your day, I got you.

Before I developed this method, I struggled with piles of sticky notes, notes in the side of my planner, and items on our kitchen whiteboard. I didn't have a comprehensive way to see everything I wanted to get done, prioritize, and assign tasks to myself.

Now that I use this method daily I feel on top of where I am at in reaching my goals, more balanced between all the roles I juggle daily, and more motivated and joyful about tackling my to do list.

STEP 1
Commit to Your #1 Aligned Priority

Starting with your aligned priority will help everything else fall into place. If you've never heard my training on this topic, make sure to watch the tutorial, and I'll also send you a link to a podcast on this topic. This in and of itself could be the paradigm shift you need.

STEP 3
Break Down a Week's Worth of Action Steps

Get in touch with how much time you have to work your business, and how long certain tasks will take. Don't overload yourself. It feels so empowering to give yourself assignments that are reasonable to complete, with a plan to get them done.

STEP 2
Decide on Your 3 Supporting Goals

It is so empowering to establish the 3 goals you commit to, that you believe will bring your priority to fruition. You get clear on what you want to say YES and NO to on a daily basis. You may realize you spend a lot of time on distractions. Huge time saver.

STEP 4
Make a To Do List for Today & Tomorrow

You can assign yourself your top 3 tasks for today. Overflow can go to tomorrow. Then if you complete your tasks ahead of schedule, you can jump ahead and keep going. Or take a rest!
